Guarantees

If the item is received by you damaged or defective within the expected life of the item, you can make use of our guarantee scheme. To do so, please send an e-mail to beautycare@johnbeerens.com. Always mention your order number, the product and what is wrong with the product. We apply the statutory warranty conditions. A legal guarantee means that a product is or should be what the consumer can reasonably expect it to be. This legal guarantee is also described as non-conformity. The term of the legal guarantee is determined by the expected lifespan.

It is not allowed to carry out repairs to the article yourself. This will void the legal guarantee.

Warranty CHI Tools
On CHI Tools, we provide a 2-year European warranty (from the date of purchase) on the electronic part. If an electronic defect is discovered within 2 years, you will receive a new CHI Straightener. CHI does not supply loose parts, which means that repair or delivery of loose parts is not possible. Hairbrushes with ceramic part have a 1-year guarantee. Please note! We do not guarantee silicone strips, diamonds, accessories and other extras, on, with or to the tool.
