As a JB member, you automatically earn member points with every order. You can redeem these points for gift vouchers* and product gifts. You will also receive exclusive benefits such as early access, extra discounts and special influencer benefits per member level.

How can I earn member points?
If you are logged into your JB Member account, you automatically earn points with every order. There are also additional ways to earn points. Check your account to see which actions you can still complete for extra points.

How can I redeem member points?
Log in to your account and go to the JB member page. Here you can see which gift vouchers* and product gifts are available and how many points you need. Click 'redeem' and you will immediately receive a discount code or the product will automatically be added to your shopping basket.

How long does it take for new Loyalty Points to show up in my account?
Your points are added to your account immediately after you place your order.

What happens to my earned Loyalty Points if I return or cancel an order?
If you return or cancel an order, the corresponding member points will automatically be deducted from your account.

Can my member points expire?
Yes, member points are valid for one year. If you do not redeem them within one year, they will be automatically removed from your account.

What can you expect from early access (silver & gold member)?
With early access, you will be the first to know about our promotions. For example, you will receive the promotional newsletter earlier than other members, so you can be the first to shop.

What is the extra discount I can get as a silver & gold member?
As a Silver and Gold Member, you get regular extra discounts available only to you.

What can I expect from exclusive influencer benefits?
As a gold member, you get access to exclusive influencer benefits. These include an invitation to an event, a PR package and being the first to test new products.

*To redeem gift vouchers, a minimum order value applies. When redeeming a €5 gift voucher, a minimum order value of €30 applies. With a gift voucher of €10,- a minimum order value of €60,- applies. For a gift voucher of €20, a minimum order value of €100 applies.
