Wat is Microdermabrasie precies?

2. Make sure your skin is thoroughly cleansed before you get started. Go for instance for the fine skincare products from Annemarie Borlind or Squalan.
3. Laat de huid goed drogen voordat je je huid behandelt.
4. Kies een disc. voor het apparaat. Met de witte disc., kun je oefenen. Als je eenmaal zover bent, stap je over naar de blauwe disc. Dit is de zachtste van alle discs. De kleine discs gebruik je voor het gezicht. En de grotere discs voor het lichaam.
5. De dode huidcellen kunnen zich samenklonteren als gevolg van de zuigkracht. Controleer daarom altijd of het donkere filter op het apparaat is geplaatst.
6. Now you can treat your skin with the homemade microdermabrasion device. Tighten the skin to be treated so that the device glides easily over the skin. Move the microdermabrasion device in an upward motion on the skin. NOTE: Do not go over the same thing more than twice during a treatment.
7. Hydrate and neutralise your skin's ph balance with a toner.
8. Vergeet na gebruik de cap en het filter niet te wassen.
9. Laat de huid 6 a 7 dagen herstellen, voordat je de microdermabrasie behandeling herhaalt.
Hoe werkt het microdermabrasie apparaat precies?
The PMD Personal Microderm Classic performs three actions at once:
Peeling
Je behandelt met het microdermabrasie apparaat je huidoppervlakte. Op de disc bevinden zich aluminiumoxidekristallen. Deze verwijderen voorzichtig de dode huidcellen. Hierdoor wordt het herstelvermogen van het lichaam getriggert en geactiveerd om nieuwe huidcellen aan te maken. Deze nieuwe huidcellen vervangen de verwijderde dode huidcellen.
Zuiging
Het zuigingseffect (vacuümeffect) die in combinatie met de peeling wordt gebruikt, helpt de huid zich te verjongen. Ook stimuleert het de aanmaak van collageen en celvernieuwing. Daarnaast zorgt dit zuigingseffect dat verstopte poriën schoon worden gezogen. Opgesloten vuil en talg worden verwijderd. En voilà stralend huidje!
Absorptie
Dode huidcellen vormen een drempel die ervoor zorgt dat je skin care producten niet diep in de huid worden opgenomen. PMD verwijdert deze dode huidcellen. Hierdoor worden huidverzorgingsproducten wel 20 keer dieper opgenomen. Dit betekent ook dat het effect van je beauty producten vele malen groter wordt.
