We only deliver from stock. Order today, delivery tomorrow! Order on working days before 23:00 or on Sundays before 17:00 and your parcel will be on your doormat the next day.

Sunday shipping requires selection of a DHL shipping method. If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for an e-mail notification. You will then be notified as soon as the product is available again.

Our orders are delivered by DHL from Tuesday to Saturday. If the delivery time differs more than 2 working days from what is stated on the website, we will inform you and make every effort to find the best possible solution. No orders are shipped or offered on Dutch national holidays. JohnBeerens.com aims to deliver your order to your home as soon as possible!

Delivery by DHL
After sending your package, you will receive a track-and-trace code. The parcel will be offered to you once. If you are not at home, DHL may deliver the parcel to a neighbour. You will then receive a notification in your letterbox. If the parcel is not delivered to the neighbours, it will go to a DHL collection point, where you can pick it up within 7 days. JohnBeerens.com has no influence on which neighbours receive your parcel. If your order is not delivered or picked up, the parcel will be returned to JohnBeerens.com. We will then contact you by e-mail.

Are you paying by manual bank transfer? Please allow up to 2 working days for processing. We will ship the products as soon as the payment is received. Business customers or consumers with a company name should place their order before 16:00 to receive it the next day.

Shipping costsVoor bestellingen onder de €40,- bedragen de verzendkosten in Nederland €4,95 en in Belgium €6.95. Orders from €40 are delivered free of charge, both in the Netherlandsals in België. Verzending naar postbussen is niet mogelijk. Voor professionals in Netherlands shipping costs are €6.63 excluding VAT, and to Belgium €7.63 excluding VAT. Vanaf €60,- excl. btw is verzending gratis, zowel naar België als in Nederland.

Avondlevering
Voor consumenten bieden we de mogelijkheid voor avondlevering, ideaal als je overdag werkt. Dit kost €5,95 bij orders onder €40. Boven de €40 is avondlevering gratis, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. Kies je op vrijdag voor avondlevering, dan will take place on Mondays. The package will be offered once. If you do notat home, DHL may deliver the parcel to your neighbours. If DHL does not deliver the parcel toneighbours, it will be delivered to a DHL Collection Point, where you can pick it up within 7days. Should your order not be delivered or collected, thenthe package returns to JohnBeerens.com and we will contact you by e-mail.

Levering bij een DHL Servicepunt
Je kunt bij het afronden van je bestelling kiezen voor een DHL Servicepunt bij jou in de buurt, zowel in Nederland als in België. Je wordt geïnformeerd zodra het pakket aankomt, zodat je het kunt ophalen wanneer het jou uitkomt. Het pakket blijft 5 werkdagen liggen. Neem contact op met onze klantenservice als je het pakket niet binnen deze tijd ophaalt. De kosten voor levering bij een DHL Servicepunt bedragen €4,95 in Nederland en €6,95 in België. Bestellingen vanaf €40 worden gratis verzonden.

Levertijden Nederland en buitenland
We verzenden bestellingen van maandag t/m vrijdag. De levertijden variëren per land, met in Nederland de volgende dag levering bij bestellingen voor 23:00 uur, en in België 1 tot 2 werkdagen. Padding material for shipping packages
At JohnBeerens.com, products are protected with air cushions during shipping. These air cushions ensure that the products in the package are not damaged during transport. While it is often thought that paper is automatically more environmentally friendly than plastic, this is not always the case. The air cushions used at JohnBeerens.com are of a space-saving volume and can be easily recycled by just making a cut, leaving an empty bag. The padding material is made of 100% recycled material. We choose recycled plastic because it is a more environmentally friendly option than using paper for stuffing parcels.
