Use
1. Apply Ultimate Repair Shampoo evenly to wet hair.
2. Massage the shampoo in so that it foams, then rinse.
3. Repeat if desired.
4. For ultimate results, use the shampoo together with Step 2 Ultimate Repair Conditioner, Step 3 Miracle Hair Rescue and Step 4 Protective Leave In.
